Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and maintenance of our residential properties in the greater Montreal area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for tenants
  • Building positive relationships with tenants
  • Investigating and resolving any complaints made by tenants
  • Analyzing problems and proposing solutions for tenants and property owners
  • Overseeing maintenance requests and reporting any issues
  • Coordinating with contractors for repairs and facility maintenance
  • Inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out days
  • Scheduling turnovers and ensuring timely completion of work
  • Maintaining organized and updated resident files
  • Ensuring tenant documents are up to date
  • Collection of rent and NSF charges
  • Preparing documentation for rental board complaints
  • Point of contact during emergency situations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential property management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and construction
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Bilingual

What We Offer:

The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $60k-$70k (based on experience), up to 10% bonus, 3 weeks vacation, full insurance benefits, car allowance, and the opportunity to join an experienced real estate group with excellent opportunities for career growth.
