Job Title: Residential Property Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and maintenance of our residential properties in the greater Montreal area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for tenants and building management
- Building positive relationships with tenants and resolving any complaints or issues
- Investigating and resolving tenant complaints and issues
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Reporting any rule infractions, building upkeep, maintenance requirements, or tenant issues
- Coordinating with contractors for repairs and facility maintenance
- Inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out days
- Scheduling turnovers and ensuring timely completion of work
- Maintaining organized and updated resident files in the CRM
- Ensuring tenant documents are received and up to date in the CRM
- Ensuring all parking and storage spots are correctly assigned, documented, charged to clients, and regularly inspected
- Ensuring all client files, assets, and rentable items are up to date in the CRM
- Collection of rent and NSF charges as needed
- Preparing and organizing all documentation for any rental board complaints
- Point of contact during emergency situations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage tenant requests
- Ability to delegate responsibilities to subcontracts
- Basic knowledge of building systems and construction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Tech savvy
- Bilingual
What We Offer:
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $60k-$70k (based on experience), up to 10% bonus, 3 weeks vacation, full insurance benefits, car allowance, and the opportunity to join an experienced real estate group with excellent opportunities for career growth.
