Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily activities and maintenance of our rental properties in the Greater Montreal area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including maintenance requests, work orders, and tenant documentation.
- Conduct regular building inspections and walk-throughs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and facility maintenance.
- Inspect apartments during move-in and move-out days to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Ensure all parking and storage spots are correctly assigned, documented, and charged to clients.
- Collect rent and NSF charges as needed.
- Prepare and organize documentation for rental board complaints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during emergency situations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential property management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities to subcontracts.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and construction.
- Proficiency in technology and CRM systems.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
