Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and maintenance of our residential properties in the greater Montreal area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance requests and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and walk-throughs to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Bilingual (English and French).

What We Offer:
