About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Food Services Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Train and Develop Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensuring that all inventory and supplies are managed efficiently.

Recruit and Manage Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring food service staff, supervising and checking delivery of food trolleys, and establishing work schedules.

Ensure Quality Control

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.
