Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at Brodi Food Services Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Ingredient Estimation: Accurately estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to quality control standards.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Delivery Supervision: Oversee and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for the team.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in food service supervision.
