About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Food Services Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes developing and maintaining work schedules, training staff in job duties and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supply requirements.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and service.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality control standards, including maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Supervise and Check Delivery of Food Trolleys

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.

Establish Work Schedules

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules to ensure that all food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

The Food Service Supervisor will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.
