Change Management Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Your expertise will guide the internal project team through various phases of project planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive project implementation strategy, outlining timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
· Identify potential project risks and propose effective strategies for risk mitigation.
· Provide direct support and advisory services to the internal project team throughout the planning and execution phases.
· Create and facilitate the use of various tools, templates, and processes to enhance project management and track progress.
· Diagnose issues and offer recommendations, including modifications to project elements and the introduction of new tools or processes.
· Conduct a change impact analysis to assess the implications of the new strategy and its cumulative effects on the organization.
· Organize a Transition Team comprising internal management and staff to facilitate communication regarding changes.
· Advise on fostering strategic integration within the organization and engaging with various branches on cross-program changes.
· Establish a feedback mechanism for the Transition Team to collect insights from their respective branches.
· Survey key stakeholders on employee feedback and implementation progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
· Develop an internal communication plan for the Transition Team to disseminate information within their programs.
· Create external communication strategies to ensure message consistency across internal and external channels.
· Guide the Transition Team through meetings, including organizing teleconferences and preparing meeting materials.
· Engage with regional senior management and directors to discuss broader organizational culture changes that may support the strategy's implementation.
· Assist in the organizational realignment process, particularly in areas requiring change management expertise.
Qualifications:
· Candidates must possess a minimum of 120 months of experience in project management, change management, and organizational design, with a focus on staff engagement, training, and communication.
