Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of direct reports, matrix reporting relationships, and contractors, with a focus on systems thinking.
- Design and implement the Change Blueprint, outlining how organizational change will be carried out.
- Establish Integration Guidelines to ensure that change initiatives are harmonized across various departments and aligned with business objectives.
- Create a Unified Change Landscape to visualize organizational changes and interdependencies, with overall impact.
- Systemic Impact Assessment: Assess and monitor system-wide impacts, considering how changes in one area may affect other areas.
- Enhance Employee Experience through the development and execution of an integrated communication and engagement plan.
- Foster a Unified Change Culture: Promote a culture that recognizes and values change efforts, helping employees understand and navigate changes as part of a broader system.
- Conduct scenario planning with a focus on systemic impacts, using insights to guide long-term strategy and adapt to evolving internal and external conditions.
- Apply global best practices in a way that complements and enhances the existing change management framework, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
- Create and manage metrics that reflect the interconnected nature of change efforts, tracking adoption, utilization, and proficiency across the entire system.
- Build and execute on a learning curriculum for employees and managers, encouraging an understanding of how their work and attitudes fit into the broader organizational context.
- Engage Across Functions: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- 7+ years Organizational Change experience.
- Progressive strategic planning experience with a focus on systems thinking and integration.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integrated change frameworks and managing systemic impacts.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capability, strategic planning, and scenario planning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with high people regard.
- Extended proficiency in data analysis tools.
