Position Overview:

The Change Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding the implementation of strategic initiatives within the organization. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of project management and change management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive project implementation strategy, outlining timelines, milestones, and performance metrics for the execution of the project.

2. Identify potential project risks and propose effective strategies for risk mitigation and management.

3. Provide direct support and guidance to the internal project team throughout the planning and implementation phases.

4. Create and facilitate the use of various tools, templates, and processes to enhance project management capabilities, including tracking and reporting on project progress.

5. Analyze challenges and offer recommendations, which may include new or modified project elements, tools, or processes to address these challenges.

6. Conduct a change impact analysis regarding the implementation of new strategies and assess the cumulative effects of recent organizational changes.

7. Organize a Transition Team comprising internal management and staff to facilitate communication of changes across programs and branches.

8. Advise on fostering strategic integration within the organization and engaging with respective branches on cross-program and cross-branch changes.

9. Establish a feedback mechanism for the Transition Team to gather insights from their respective branches.

10. Survey key leadership on employee feedback and implementation progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

11. Develop an internal communication plan for the Transition Team to disseminate information within their programs and branches.

12. Create external communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging between internal and external stakeholders.

13. Guide and support the Transition Team by organizing and leading meetings, preparing agendas, and managing logistics.

14. Engage with regional senior management and directors to discuss necessary strategies related to broader organizational culture changes.

15. Support the organizational realignment process, particularly any program-specific changes requiring change management expertise.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 120 months of experience in project management, change management, and organizational design, including staff engagement, training, meeting facilitation, and communication.
