Job Title:
Hydrogen Vehicle Change Management Specialist

S.i. Systems is looking for a Hydrogen Vehicle Change Management Specialist to oversee and execute change initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance in relation to the hydrogen vehicle action strategy.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management
  • 2+ years of experience performing change impact assessments
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Additional experience required:

  • 2 years of developing change management deliverables such as Change Strategies, Training Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Plans
  • 2 years of leading change management and communication efforts
  • Proficiency in communications management, reporting, and change management practices

Responsibilities:

As a specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with sector stakeholders to expand hydrogen (H2) fueling and vehicle capabilities in Alberta
  • Creating online educational content regarding H2 vehicles
  • Managing the Ride and Drive test-drive initiative
  • Assisting in the establishment of an H2 vehicle pilot program

Your role will encompass:

  • Overseeing all facets of a change initiative, including communication, stakeholder engagement, adoption measurement, and success reporting
  • Formulating actionable change management strategies that align with and support the government's hydrogen objectives
  • Conducting follow-up surveys and analyzing readiness among fleet managers
  • Coordinating Ride and Drive Program logistics for H2 vehicle test drives
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the H2 vehicle pilot program, including necessary training materials
  • Ensuring pilot vehicle readiness in collaboration with Fleet Management
  • Performing stakeholder analyses and developing training materials, brochures, and web content
  • Establishing key performance indicators to assess adoption success
  • Regularly updating project leads and senior management on the change plan's status, including identifying challenges and opportunities
  • Delivering training sessions and information briefings to facilitate effective change adoption.
