Job Summary

Morrison Hershfield, a leading provider of engineering, planning, and environmental services, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Climate Change Planning Team as an Environmental Planner III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in climate risk assessment and climate change planning, policy, and capacity-building services.
  • Analyze climate data and deliver climate change risk assessments.
  • Lead consultation programs and develop policies and strategies.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams on a diverse range of assignments.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including proposals and presentations.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree(s) in Climate Change, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Planning, and/or Geography.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering climate risk assessments and resilience projects.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Experience with project management, including quality control, client management, team leadership, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Graphic Design/CAD tools.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
