Junior Associate Director, Middle Office Operations, Fund of Funds

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reconciliation, validation, and booking of FOF trading activities. This will involve reviewing and booking daily cash transactions of clients under the target operating model, working collaboratively with the Client Service team to create efficiencies and reduce processing time, and performing investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile, validate, and book FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and book daily cash transactions of clients under the target operating model.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Service team to create efficiencies and reduce processing time.
- Perform investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
- Address FOF trade-related enquiries and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.
- Capture and enter pricing inputs into the proprietary pricing platform received from various sources.
- Liaise with client service teams and external price providers on pricing-related matters.
- Report daily exceptions of all pricing data to ensure completeness.
- Manage junior staff and be involved in their career development.
Requirements
Qualifications
A CPA or ACCA equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience within fund administration of Fund of Hedge Funds.
