Your Role: Fund Operations Specialist - Fund of Funds

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our Fund of Funds (FOF) services. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Reconciliation and Validation: Reconcile, validate, and book FOF trading activities with precision and timeliness.
  • Cash Management: Review and process daily cash transactions for clients within the target operating model.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Service team to optimize the Hedge Fund trade execution process, enhancing efficiency and reducing processing time.
  • Investment Reconciliation: Perform meticulous investment quantity reconciliations between the Security Master and related accounting systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Address FOF trade-related inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Data Management: Capture and input pricing data from various sources (third-party emails, websites) into our proprietary pricing platform.
  • Pricing Coordination: Liaise with client service teams and external price providers to ensure accurate and timely pricing information.
  • Reporting: Generate daily exception reports on all pricing data to guarantee completeness.
  • Team Leadership: Manage junior staff members and actively contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • CPA or ACCA Equivalent
  • Experience within fund administration of Fund of Hedge Funds is highly preferred.
