About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our Fund Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reconciling, validating, and booking FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and validate FOF trading activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and book daily cash transactions for clients under the target operating model.
- Collaborate with the Client Service team to streamline the Hedge Fund trade execution process and reduce processing time.
- Perform investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
- Address FOF trade-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.
- Capture and enter pricing inputs into our proprietary pricing platform from various sources.
- Liaise with client service teams and external price providers on pricing-related matters.
- Generate daily exception reports to ensure completeness of pricing data.
- Manage junior staff and contribute to their career development.
Requirements
- CPA or ACCA equivalent qualification.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fund administration of Fund of Hedge Funds.
