Key Responsibilities- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer expectations.
- Performance Management: Review and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.

- Work Environment: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
