Lead User Experience Researcher

We are seeking an experienced user research professional to join our user experience research and design practice. As a Lead User Experience Researcher, you will lead research projects that inform the development of new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research projects to inform product development
- Develop and implement user research methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in user research
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in user research, user interface design, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading user research projects and teams
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
