About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Sunset Resorts Canmore. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel, motel, and resort are clean and tidy, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and fixtures.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and polishers, to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services.
  • Participate in deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, as required.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
