About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Sunset Resorts Canmore. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with the daily housekeeping schedule, including linen distribution, trash removal, and restocking of amenities.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available on site.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
