About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Sunset Resorts Canmore. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with the daily housekeeping schedule, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Our resort offers staff accommodation, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: You must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.
