About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Sunset Resorts Canmore. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with laundry, linen supply, and other housekeeping-related tasks.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
