Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of the Fantasyland Hotel. This role involves answering incoming calls, making reservations, and accommodating guests in a quick, accurate, and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries
  • Making reservations for the Fantasyland Hotel and ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Providing information to guests regarding room rates, amenities, and packages offered by the hotel
  • Printing arrivals lists on a daily basis and checking for errors, packages, room blocks, and duplicate bookings
  • Posting and refunding deposits, preparing confirmation letters and registration cards, and other duties as required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer service or a reservation-related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A professional telephone etiquette with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in an office environment and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Terms of Employment:

  • This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shift work
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance
