About the Role

Mystica Tours Inc is seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide travel information and advice to clients, including destination information, transportation options, and accommodation details.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
  • Travel Documentation: Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
  • Travel Planning: Plan and coordinate customized travel itineraries for clients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, travel suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Certifications: Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) membership.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
