The Reservations Agent is a key member of our team at the Fantasyland Hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservations calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information on room rates, amenities, and packages offered by the hotel, as well as general information about the mall and its attractions.
- Prepare and print daily arrivals lists, checking for errors and discrepancies.
- Process deposits, prepare confirmation letters and registration cards, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective guest service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer and typing skills, with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Terms of Employment:
- This is a part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
