The Opportunity:
Scope of the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited. As a key member of our Administration team, you will be responsible for managing credit and collections administration and ensuring timely payment from customers.
This is a temporary maternity leave contract position for 12 months, with an opportunity to switch to permanent at the end. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage credit and collections administration, including collecting payments from customers and gathering credit references.
- Assist with payment processing and credit application processing.
- Manage customer files and perform account reconciliation and analysis.
- Liaise with the sales team to facilitate the sales and collection processes.
- Perform credit/AR month-end duties and other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- B2B experience and knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to learn on the fly.
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and results-driven approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Highly organized, with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
