We are seeking a dedicated HR Strategic Partner to join our global functions team, promoting a collaborative atmosphere that encourages exceptional professional growth.

As the primary liaison between our organization and the HR department, you will serve as the key contact for all management levels and a secondary resource for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish credible relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, capable of comprehending and influencing business strategies and objectives, and translating them into actionable, people-focused strategies.
  • Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness and assist in resolving business challenges through analytical thinking, insightful questioning, and innovative solutions.
  • Support teams in implementing business transformation initiatives, including organizational design and change management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and Global Practices to develop and execute HR plans, programs, and tools that enhance organizational capability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations, identify solutions, and manage outcomes effectively.
  • Robust business acumen.
  • Engaging leadership style that promotes accountability and ownership within the business and HR functions.
