About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team at Aawaz Entertainment Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging content, including press releases, media kits, and other materials to showcase our services and expertise.
  • Market Business Services: Identify and leverage opportunities to promote our services to key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry associations, and potential clients.
  • Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Public Relations Activities: Develop and implement public relations campaigns to promote our business services, including media relations, event planning, and crisis communications.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Oversee the maintenance and management of our digital database, including social media, email marketing, and other online platforms.
  • Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Materials: Conduct research and gather information to develop compelling communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Visio, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other relevant software.
  • Area of Specialization: Audio/audio-visual, advertising, business services, communications, customs services, marketing, media relations, public relations, sales.
  • Specialization/Experience (Business Sales and Services): Negotiation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone, computer, printer.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, team player.
