About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at TSN Nursing Zone and Staffing Solution. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spokesperson: Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and represent our organization in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strategic Advisor: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Communication Specialist: Prepare and disseminate various marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to effectively communicate our message to target audiences.
  • Event Coordinator: Organize and execute special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Researcher: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gather valuable insights and inform our marketing strategies.
  • Content Creator: Develop and prepare communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other collateral, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Media Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and promote our brand.
  • Program Developer: Design and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs to engage our target audiences and promote our services.
  • Contract Manager: Prepare and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
