Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Public Relations Coordinator to join our team at Life Ashore Immigration Consultancy. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week with a focus on English as the primary working language.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree preferred
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
Work Environment

The role is based in a consulting firm located in an urban area, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the organization
  • Plan and oversee development projects
  • Respond to inquiries from the business community regarding development opportunities
  • Provide guidance on government approval processes for development proposals
  • Conduct research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Act as the spokesperson for the organization
  • Prepare communications materials, including brochures and reports
  • Coordinate special events and promotional activities
  • Gather and analyze data for marketing studies
  • Review and assess commercial development proposals
  • Design and implement market research questionnaires
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Engage in online marketing and website promotions
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies
  • Manage digital databases effectively
  • Write and edit press releases and newsletters
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and LinkedIn
