Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Public Relations Coordinator to join our team at Life Ashore Immigration Consultancy. This is a permanent position with a focus on effective communication and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative functions efficiently
  • Develop and manage project plans
  • Address inquiries from the business community regarding development opportunities
  • Advise on government approval processes for development proposals
  • Conduct comparative analysis on marketing strategies for various products
  • Serve as the spokesperson for the organization
  • Handle written and verbal inquiries
  • Assist in creating brochures, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials
  • Coordinate special promotional events and publicity campaigns
  • Research and prepare communication materials
  • Conduct analytical studies on marketing
  • Perform surveys to assess development potential and trends
  • Review and assess commercial development proposals
  • Design market research surveys
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Manage online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute business plans
  • Maintain and oversee digital databases
  • Write and edit press releases and communication materials
  • Provide ongoing client support post-sale
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff (3-4 people)
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and LinkedIn
  • Area of Experience: Immigration
