About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Nu-Way Personnel Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spokesperson and Client Advisor

Act as a spokesperson for our organization, providing expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.

Content Creation and Research

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, and conduct research to gather insights and information.

Event Coordination and Media Relations

Coordinate special publicity events and promotions, and initiate and maintain contact with the media to secure coverage and publicity for our brand.

Communication and Education

Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to promote our brand and services.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook is required.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work environment is green, with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
