About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with policy documentation, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of client correspondence, invoices, and other documents.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Manager and Client Executive(s) to ensure seamless client service.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain client information in our internal management system.
  • Assist with accounting and premium finance tasks, including monitoring client accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field.
  • Level 2 license (insurance designation, CIP or CAIB preferred) or working towards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
