RateHawk, a pioneering travel-tech company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships, expanding our client base, and contributing to our mission of creating, distributing, and operating the most convenient travel products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and expand our presence in the Canadian market.
  • Identify and sign-up new partners, providing them with comprehensive training on our system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial conditions and payment flow.
  • Participate in trade shows, partner events, webinars, and other business-related activities.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Deliver regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry, with a focus on business development.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Canadian travel market, including B2B travel networks.
  • API Familiarity: Experience with API integration and technology sales & deals.
  • Personal Skills: Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success.
  • International Mindset: Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO: Work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box: Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Business trips: Up to 50% of working time may involve visiting customers, attending events, or meeting the team.
  • Language Proficiency: Native English and Advanced French, additional languages are advantageous.
  • Location: Quebec or Ontario.
  • Work Permit: Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
