Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Budget and Operations Manager to join our team at TWICE THE DEAL PIZZA AND WINGS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the restaurant's budget to enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimize budget allocation.
- Budget Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive budget that estimates costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Management: Assess daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Menu Optimization: Analyze menu prices and food preparation methods to ensure alignment with budget goals.
- Staff Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, recruit, schedule, supervise, and train staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Inventory Management: Manage and organize inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Bondable: Must be bondable.
- Attention to Detail: Repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.
- Team Player: Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
