We seek individuals who are proactive and hands-on, demonstrating mastery in their field, and who excel in leading teams and advising clients closely.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in consumer public relations within an agency environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering effective creative and strategic advice to clients and establishing trust with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience in budgeting and managing financial aspects of client projects.
  • A collaborative mindset, driven by results, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and comprehensively about client initiatives.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with quick thinking and adaptability to changing business conditions.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering impactful client presentations.
  • Experience in drafting and presenting new business proposals.
  • Familiarity with integrated campaigns, including influencer and creator collaborations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Strong background in media strategy.
