About The Role:

Zeno Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consumer practice, driving client service, new business, team development, and management excellence. As an Account Director, Consumer, you will develop and execute PR strategies, programs, and media plans that deliver consistent results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies and programs for consumer brands.
  • Lead client service, new business, and team development efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions, including influencer/creator partnerships.
  • Manage budgets, day-to-day financial management, and provide sound creative and strategic counsel to clients.
  • Drive results-driven thinking, creativity, and holistic approaches to client programs.
  • Develop and deliver client presentations, pitches, and reports, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior talent, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of consumer PR experience in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of success in providing strategic counsel, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong media strategy experience, with a focus on integrated programs and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and leadership skills, with a collaborative spirit and results-driven approach.
