About the Role

Zeno Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consumer practice, driving client service, new business, team development, and management excellence.

You will develop and execute PR strategies and programs, leveraging your expertise in total account management, traditional and emerging PR tactics, media strategy, and creative counsel to support client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of consumer PR experience in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic counsel to clients and building credibility with senior-level contacts.
  • Budgeting and financial management for client programs.
  • Collaborative spirit, results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and holistic approach to client programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and respond to shifting business factors.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with experience developing and delivering client presentations.
  • New business pitch development and presentation.
  • Integrated program experience, including influencer/creator partnerships.
  • Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing junior talent.
  • Strong media strategy experience.
