Zeno Group is seeking a skilled Account Director, Consumer to oversee consumer brands, focusing on client service, business development, team leadership, and maintaining high standards in the quality of deliverables.
Your role will involve crafting and executing public relations strategies and initiatives within our Consumer division. You should possess comprehensive expertise in account management, encompassing daily account operations, both traditional and innovative PR tactics, media strategy, and providing insightful creative and strategic guidance to clients to achieve their business goals. This position entails supporting current clients while also identifying and presenting new business prospects. We are in search of individuals who are not only thinkers but also doers, capable of leading teams and advising clients while being actively engaged in the work.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in consumer public relations within an agency environment.
- A proven track record of delivering effective creative and strategic advice to clients and establishing trust with senior-level client stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting and managing financial aspects of client initiatives.
- A collaborative mindset, results-oriented approach, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and comprehensively about client initiatives.
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing business conditions.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with a background in developing and delivering client presentations.
- Experience in creating and presenting new business proposals.
- Familiarity with integrated programs, including partnerships with influencers and creators.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong background in media strategy.
