POSITION OVERVIEW:


Under the supervision of the Associate Academic Dean-Registrar, the Administrative Support Specialist undertakes a variety of technical administrative responsibilities associated with both Regular and Continuing Education programs.

In the realm of institutional organization, the individual actively engages in the technical processes necessary for effective administration, ensuring smooth operations and support for educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of administrative tasks related to educational programs.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support academic operations.
