Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy Lead

The Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Equinix's go-to-market strategy, focusing on data center and digital infrastructure growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and measure progress.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth in data center and digital infrastructure markets
- Partner with GTM leadership and BU/Functional Leadership Teams to translate Equinix Enterprise Strategy into a GTM roadmap
- Engage with company leaders to obtain buy-in for cross-functional projects, including planned outcomes, strategic narratives, and linkages to enterprise strategy
- Design and lead high-profile cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and transformation
- Monitor strategy execution to align outcomes with strategic intent and benefit realization
- 5+ years' experience in product strategy, marketing, or business development at a data center or technology company preferred
- Work experience in or consulting for SaaS, Software Defined Infrastructure, networking, and/or data center fields
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the creation of a strategic plan for a $5B+ business
- Experience in metro level growth strategy for data centers, industry/segment marketing, competitor intelligence/market scan, commercial optimization would be directly applicable
- Strong experience managing and influencing stakeholders across different functional groups
- Substantial GTM experience, preferably requiring leadership engagement and influence
- Ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision and influence
