Job Title: Director of Go-To-Market

Job Overview:

Canada Goose is seeking a seasoned Director of Go-To-Market to lead our product launch strategy and operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product development and launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of product launches.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategies.
  • Develop materials to support product launches, including product briefs, launch plans, and sales enablement materials.

About You:

  • 5-10 years of experience in product launch, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and executing successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for product development and launch, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
