About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Univar Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing profit for Univar's market share within a designated geographic area. You will identify and capture new business opportunities at existing accounts and prospective new accounts, utilizing a consultative selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively plan customer visits to ensure timely and effective sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sales at key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of complaints.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to provide expert advice to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Travel within the territory is expected on a regular basis, with occasional overnight travel.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales and/or customer-facing experience.
  • Chemical sales experience is an asset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual.

What We Offer:

Univar Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, a Northern Living Allowance, bonus incentive pay, and a company vehicle.
