Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, your enthusiasm for customer service will shine in a dynamic setting. This essential trait enables you to be a collaborative team player who enjoys:

  1. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared and individual objectives
  2. Guiding customers through their purchases using relationship-based selling techniques
  3. Staying informed about The Brick's product offerings and services
  4. Quickly building rapport with customers, enhancing your success in this commission-based sales role
Required Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Must be at least 18 years old
  3. Strong communication abilities
  4. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
  5. Willingness to learn new software applications
  6. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
