Position Overview
The Store Director is responsible for overseeing client service, team development, sales performance, merchandising, operational efficiency, and human resources within the store.

This role ensures compliance with Sephora's values and standards, aiming for maximum profitability while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the District Manager to forecast sales and payroll, driving store performance.
2. Evaluate and adjust business strategies to enhance effectiveness.
3. Meet sales targets and operational profit goals while managing expenses.
4. Maintain optimal staffing levels to provide an outstanding client experience within budgetary constraints.
5. Conduct regular inventory assessments and keep accurate inventory records.
6. Address inventory concerns with the District Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail or service sector.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, and hiring across various store roles, including leadership positions.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and respond effectively.
- Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a College degree is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
