Canada Post Corp is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Process and sort mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages and mail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
