Job Title: Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan that drives revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement annual and long-term business plans with strategic sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and EBITA forecasting accuracy.
  3. Establish a strong sales and marketing organization through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and submit sales compensation plans that drive performance.
  6. Set and establish sales targets for regional sales managers and review and approve sales rep quotas.
  7. Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
  8. Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy.
  9. Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  10. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image.
  11. Represent the company at trade association meetings.
  12. Meet with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate deals.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) required. Advanced Degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred.
  2. 10+ years of sales and relevant business experience, with a mix of experience in understanding payer landscapes, drivers, and barriers, clinical data, and disease state information.
  3. 5+ years prior field management experience in sales or account management strongly preferred.
  4. Must be properly licensed and able to safely operate and drive company automobile.
