Drive Sales Growth at Structube

As a key member of our leadership team, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will be responsible for implementing the company's sales vision, strategy, and framework, while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Structube's objectives
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by sales teams in stores and online
  • Monitor sales performance through data analysis and reporting
  • Use insights from sales data to inform decisions and adjust strategies
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within sales data
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with business functions
  • Manage the sales budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop sales training programs to support sales teams in achieving their goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, accounting, or a relevant field
  • Graduate university degree or an MBA, an asset
  • At least 10 years of experience in the retail industry and sales management
  • Mandatory bilingualism (proficiency in oral and written French and English)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and possess excellent organizational skills
