About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Mu-Tech. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our office policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
