About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage clerical coordination, including answering phones, responding to emails, digitizing files, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the sales, purchasing, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Sales Administration: Work closely with the sales team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes to meet growing market demands.
  • Order Management: Receive and process orders, creating quotes, orders, invoices, and reports in a timely manner, and maintaining client, rental, and inventory information up-to-date using our Navision software.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role, with an interest in, or exposure to, the healthcare or personal mobility device industry.
  • Communication and Empathy: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases, with experience with Jobber and Navision an asset.
  • Additional Requirements: A clean criminal background check and bondability.
