About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RJames Fuel Zone. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate and that our stockroom is organized and well-maintained.
  • Merchandising: Work with our buying team to select and display merchandise in a way that is visually appealing and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Operations: Ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
